Fees

Annual fee: Fees are payable annually and in advance. An invoice will be raised on request. We can accept payment by credit/debit card, cheque or BACS/Online banking. Please provide your credit/debit card details if using this method of payment. We will continue to invoice you annually until we are given notice in writing. If the fee is not paid the website will be removed from the Internet.

Payment Terms: A £200 + vat non-refundable initial payment for websites is required on booking. Balance is due within 60 days from booking date or on completion of website, whichever comes first. Invoice payment terms are by return. Listings will be live for 24 hours for customer evaluation until full payment has been received.

VAT: Charges quoted exclude VAT at the current rate.

Changes: We aim to make all changes within 2 business days but where possible will do so quicker. All changes are chargeable but invoices will not be issued until a minimum of 1 hour has been used, increments will be recorded. Hourly rate available on application.

Domains: On My Doorstep Ltd accepts no responsibility for the renewal of domains after cancellation of the agreement. If customers wish to retain domains following cancellation they must transfer them to a Registrar of their choosing prior to expiry.

Domain Transfer Fee: On My Doorstep Ltd reserves the right to charge a transfer fee for domains used in conjunction with websites. Fee details are available on request and subject to change.

Web pages/Copyright: The html code for web pages is non-transferrable and remains the property of On My Doorstep Ltd. All other files/pages/listings/images/text displayed on associated websites which have been provided by On My Doorstep Ltd remain the property of On My Doorstep Ltd and are non-transferable.

Date of Renewal: Renewal date will be 12 months from launch of website or two months after date of agreement, whichever is sooner.

Responsibilities

Notice: You can withdraw cancel your website at any time although we will not refund the fee from any outstanding period. Simply give your notice in writing (letter or email) to sales@onmydoorstep.co.uk.

Liability: Please note that the acceptance of any website is entirely at the discretion of On My Doorstep Ltd and we reserve the right to remove your website at anytime without notice but with full refund of any outstanding fee if applicable. We also reserve the right to refuse to include specific images or text or audio (speaking text) at our discretion.

On My Doorstep Ltd will not accept liability for error or omission, or lack of access to your website for reasons outside our control. Should your listing or website not be accessible for over 24 hours due to our error your listing renewal date will be extended by the appropriate period.

The telephone number must correspond with the address details provided.

On My Doorstep Ltd does not support or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any information or content of websites we provide/host on behalf of the client. On My Doorstep is not responsible for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality or decency of material contained in sites listed in our online directory or websites that we provide the client, this remains the responsibility of the listing owner.

We do not endorse the quality of any services, products, information or materials displayed, purchased or obtained as a result of visiting a website we provide/host on behalf of the client.

Use of Data

On My Doorstep Ltd will not pass any of your information on to a third party without your prior consent.

On My Doorstep Ltd will store electronically (as an email and within a database on our secure server) and in paper form the information provided in the order form. This includes business name, contact name(s), address of business (and contact address if different), telephone number(s), email address and website url.

Credit/Debit Card details will be destroyed once payment has been processed.

All correspondence either electronic (email etc) or printed (letters etc) will be archived.

Should you choose to terminate this agreement all data held will be erased/destroyed unless it pertains to a dispute between yourself and On My Doorstep Ltd.
